By visiting our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site or purchasing from Laurel Sports, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or place any orders.

2. Orders and Custom Products

All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Custom products, including team kits and personalized designs, are made specifically to your approved specifications.
Once a design proof has been approved, production will begin, and changes cannot be made.
You are responsible for ensuring that any logos, crests, or artwork you provide do not infringe on third-party rights.
Because custom products are made to order, they are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and fees.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged. Non-custom (“stock”) items may be returned within 15 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at sales@laurelsportsgroup.com before sending any item back.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, artwork, and materials on the Site are the property of Laurel Sports or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or reproduced without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laurel Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Site or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order at issue.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, transportation issues, or government actions.
